Discovery Chat
I kick off every project with a get-to-know-you call. This can be a coffee date or a zoom chat, but what's important is gaining a deep understanding for where your business is right now, and where you want to see it go.

I do a deep dive on what appeals to your ideal customer so that you can relate to and attract them more easily.

Design Pages
I’ll get started on designing your pages, including layouts, visuals, and planning functionality features. Within a week, you’ll receive the first design of your home page to review. If you have more pages, they will follow shortly after we establish your perfect home page design.
Revisions
During this phase, you have unlimited revisions until the design direction is exactly what you're looking for. My goal is that we land on a design you LOVE!
STEP THREE bring it to life
Build Out
Once all the page designs are approved, I'll begin building your site on WIX Studio or your pre-existing web builder. This is when I add all the functionality and officially give your site or page a home on the web where you can visit it and review how it works.
Checking Functionality
All the techy stuff lives in this phase like setting up your third party plugins, adding animations, and making sure it looks perfect on all screen sizes.
STEP FOUR launch
Last Looks & Launch
We'll do a final review to ensure your site looks and functions as you envisioned. Any last tweaks will be handled promptly, and then I'll add your domain name and transfer site ownership to your account, woohoo!
Analytics and SEO
Once transferred, I’ll handle the behind-the-scenes magic, connecting your site to Google and optimizing your SEO settings to help you get found in search results.
FAQs
To get started, I’ll need your business logo, branding guidelines (fonts, colors, etc.), website copy (text for pages), images, and any specific functionality requests. Don’t worry, I’ll send you a checklist to guide you!
No problem! I offer branding services as well as guidance or copywriting support to help you create the content you need. We can add this to your project before we begin.
I’m happy to help! My website package includes 1 month of technical support after your site is launched, which entails helping you navigate using the website manager, minimal design changes, and simple usability optimizations. Afterwards, I offer maintenance packages or hourly rates for updates. If you want ongoing support, we can set up a plan that works for you.
The cost of your hosting platform and domain name registration fee are not included in the package price and can vary depending on the platform that you choose.
Average costs are:
Wix: approx. $200-$300 annually
Squarespace: approx. $300 annually
Showit: approx. $300-$400 annually
Wordpress: approx. $100-$500 annually
In order for your website build to stay on schedule, active communication is vital throughout the project, though there will be alloted times for reviewing and video calls that you should plan specific time for. Please reserve time on Friday evenings or weekends for reviewing and time on Mondays for our virtual chats. Throughout the week, I may have questions or previews of the project to share with you that may or may not be time sensitive.
You’ll be set up for SELF MANAGED success (or designer managed, it’s your choice)
You will always own your website in your own account, no matter what, and you’ll never be obligated to purchase a monthly management plan from me (unless you want to, of course). I’ll even walk you through how to navigate the most crucial aspects of managing your new site all on your own by creating one quick video tutorial and including links to third-party resources.
