Wordpress & Elementor Redesign

The Snapshot

BRAND: Get Cities

I OWNED design concepts and creation, CMS building, mobile optimization, HTML/CSS, page structure

IN COLLABORATION with The Content Queens

TIMELINE: 2 months

DELIVERABLES: 12-page fully custom website wordpress website built using elementor and transferred to their domain

I also assisted with their rebranding and created bespoke social graphics for 2 years.

The Challenge:

GET Cities was ready to grow their digital presence with a bold, modern website that matched their evolving brand identity and mission to advance gender equity in tech. Their previous site didn’t fully reflect their energy, and their message needed clearer pathways for visitors to see their impact and get involved. The redesign had to align with updated branding already in use on social media while improving clarity, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

The Approach:

Collaborating with The Content Queens team, I worked closely with their copywriter, project manager, and the GET Cities staff to cultivate a site that was as strategic as it was vibrant. Using WordPress and Elementor, I designed and built a fully custom 12-page website with layouts that guided visitors through the organization’s mission, initiatives, and resources. The design prioritized clear navigation, inclusive visuals, and an engaging balance between professionalism and personality—ensuring the brand could take root and thrive across devices.

The Results:

The new site launched as a powerful, accessible hub that elevated GET Cities’ online presence and strengthened their ability to connect with their community. Visitors could easily understand the organization’s programs, find ways to participate, and see their impact at a glance. The redesign reinforced brand consistency across web and social, positioning GET Cities as a modern, mission-driven leader in gender equity advocacy.
